Problem
The roof is ageing. Some floor tiles have peeled off, and the walls are mouldy. The indoor ceiling is mottled and seeps with water droplets.
Project Schedule
7 days for design; 14 days for purchase, manufacture and transportation; 8 days for on-site construction. Total project time: 1 month.

Reference
The site area is about 700 square feet (70 square meters). 5mm thick sesame gray granite was used for ground tiles. The final price is about $HKD160,000.
